Inner city bounces back
OPTIMISM appears to be returning to the inner city apartment scene with the level of inquires in the $500,000-plus market increasing during the past month.
Tim Willing is a former Australian track cycling champion and Institute of Sport WA scholarship holder.
He founded Willing Group, which includes Willing Property, in 2012. Mr Willing identifies, acquires and develops property in Perth, Western Australia. After spending nine years in Sydney as the managing director of Multiplex Living for Brookfield Multiplex where he oversaw the development of residential apartment business across Australia, Mr Willing identified an opportunity to establish a business with a focus on niche residential projects.
