Tim Kennedy has extensive experience across a broad range of commercial disputes and has appeared in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, District Court of Western Australia, Magistrates Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, as well as all Federal Courts and various interstate Courts.
Mr Kennedy co-founded Kennedy Vinciullo in March 2021 and heads the litigation, dispute resolution & property practice. Prior to that, he was a partner of the litigation & dispute resolution practice group at Mason Ledger and spent 13 years at two boutique law firms.
