Tim Cusack, chief executive of non-profit organisation WA Return Recycle Renew Limited, has over 25 years of experience with some of Australia’s leading food companies including George Weston, Lion Nathan, Arnott’s and Fonterra Brands. Mr Cusack had led an enterprise through an ownership change in a complex commercial environment, secured corporate endorsement of supply chain vision and strategy in a high volume FMCG environment, brought a startup business successfully to market, negotiated numerous successful contracts, restructured major business units to deliver substantial improvements in operating profits, re-engineered business process across the ‘order to cash’ and ‘demand chain planning’ cycles, and revitalised teams to optimise their contributions. He also has experience in manufacturing and logistics, business and supply chain strategy, commercial development, change management and business process improvement.
