Tan Sri Datuk Dr Tian Chuan Goh is the founder and group executive chair of Globaltec.
He was a police officer attached to the Royal Malaysia Police in Sabah. He ended his tenure with the police force in 1994, to start his business which has since grown into investments in public listed companies covering a multitude of industries including resources, energy, financial services and property development.
Dr Goh was also an executive chair of AIC Corporation Berhad and Jotech Holdings Berhad prior to their merger to form the manufacturing services business unit at Globaltec where he served as chief executive and group executive chair of its resources business unit.
