Dr Theresa Marshall has more than 24 years of experience in the WA health system and vast expertise and interest in the areas of organisational change, effective stakeholder engagement, policy development and strategic planning, as well as program/project design, implementation, management and monitoring.
Dr Marshall was the assistant director of patient safety and clinical quality division at the Department of Health before becoming director of safety, quality and performance at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in 2014.
Dr Marshall holds a PhD, a Masters in Clinical Psychology, and a Masters in Business Management and Human Resource Development.
