Them Lam has been with the Australian Finance Group (AFG) since February 2009. He started as a business relationship manager of AFG Home Loans before becoming a recruitment and portfolio manager in January 2014, national sales manager of AFG Home Loans in May 2018, state manager of VIC/TAS & head of key accounts in February 2019, head of strategic partners and recruitment in July 2019, general manager of aggregation in March 2023, and head of sales & distribution in October 2023.
Prior to AFG, Mr Lam was a business development manager at GE Money, sales executive at Genworth Financial, and business development manager at Esanda.
