Tanya Rybarczyk

Tanya Rybarczyk joined Incitec Pivot as president, Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific in 2024. Previously, Ms Rybarczyk was with Wesfarmers for a combined period of almost 20 years and had held various roles in business development, private equity and investor relations before joining WesCEF in April 2010 as chief financial officer, general manager of CSBP Fertilisers in March 2018, and as general manager of Kleenheat 2021-2024.
Prior to Wesfarmers, Ms Rybarczyk worked at EY's Perth office and for a number of organisations in Europe.
She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
