Tanya Gilerman

Tanya Gilerman is the chief risk officer of KPMG and has been a partner in KPMG Sydney’s Audit Financial Services practice for over 15 years. From 2009 to 2013, her role included the function of chief operating officer of audit nationally. For over 20 years, Ms Gilerman worked with clients principally in the banking, finance and investment management industries where she has provided assurance services and undertaken reviews of risk management practices, compliance plans and provided accounting advice. Ms Gilerman has extensive experience in working with boards and senior management during times of change and restructure. She was a non-executive director of The Benevolent Society and is a graduate of the 2006 Sydney Leadership Programme.
