COVID work culture sits well with business
WA has so far been spared the worst of COVID-19 but the experience has nonetheless triggered big changes in workplace management and planning.
Tania Cecconi was an experienced senior manager and executive who has worked across the public and not-for-profit sectors, specialising in post compulsory education, training and employment. She is motivated by improving the workforce participation of vulnerable groups in society, particularly women’s participation.
Ms Cecconi was the program director of Champions of Change Coalition from June 2021 to December 2022. She was CEOs for Gender Equity's first executive officer from March 2016 to April 2022. Ms Cecconi had previously worked as a senior executive and leader, across the public and not for profit sectors, specialising in post compulsory education, training and employment.
Ms Cecconi holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching from Swinburne University of Technology, a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University. and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
