Tai Phan

Tai Phan is an experienced lawyer, company secretary, corporate governance and compliance professional. He has worked with boards and executive management for ASX-listed and unlisted companies within the financial services, mining, information technology and legal (both private practice and in-house) sectors.

Mr Phan has experience in the IPO listing process for the ASX.

He was an external consultant for AUSTRAC and head of Asia Pacific Compliance for Travelex and Munich Re.
