Suzie Foreman is a chartered accountant with over 25 years spent working with a wide range of businesses from startup enterprises to ASX top 300 companies within the UK and Australia.
She specialises in the provision of corporate governance, financial reporting and company secretarial advisory services to ASX-listed entities. She has acted as a non-executive director, chief financial officer and company secretary; and has been involved in the listing of over 12 exploration companies on the ASX and AIM markets with capital raising exceeding $65 million.
Prior to becoming the principal & director of Athena Corporate in 2007, Mrs Foreman had spent 9 years with KPMG and a boutique accounting firm specialising in the provision of audit, advisory and corporate services.
She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
