Gender less of an issue in a flexible office
The role of women in business has been placed firmly on the agenda during the past 12 months, but is the conversation really necessary?
Suzanne Ardagh is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a professional director and governance expert with a background in international management. Her career spans diplomacy, corporate affairs, tertiary education and professional associations.
She has lived and worked in Europe, Latin America and in South East Asia where she established the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ international division.
As a director, Ms Ardagh has served on international and national boards. She is the patron of West Australian Vietnam Business; independent chair of Stanley College (a private VET College); and board member of the Cancer Council WA, WA Cricket Foundation and the West Australian Ballet. Ms Ardagh was also a councillor of HBF Health Fund, a WA Committee member of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce, board member of Perth Symphony Orchestra, and chair of the West Coast Fever.
