Suraj Sanghani has been appointed company secretary of Lindian Resources. He replaces Steve Brockhurst who has resigned due to other work commitments.

Suraj Sanghani is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 11 years of experience in the corporate governance, accounting and assurance professions. He held numerous roles with ASX listed entities in a company secretarial, directorship and senior financial capacities, operating domestically and internationally across a range of commodities.
Mr Sanghani holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.
