Stuart Cooksey is a retired architect and builder. His experience in retail development exceeds 50 years, initially as architect and project manager for a major retailer, and then as a partner of Merifield Cooksey Group who were the developers and initial owners of the successful Boulevard group of shopping centres in regional Western Australia. In 2017, he established Cooksey Property Group with Doug Cooksey.
