Steven James has over 30 years of experience covering a wide range of roles in the financial services industry including foreign exchange, fixed interest trading, financial planning, capital raising and stockbroking. He has worked for Australia’s largest banks, as well as European and American institutions.
He is a highly experienced company director across both listed and unlisted entities in diverse operations from sporting bodies, financial services organisations and the property industry.
Mr James developed the first online stockbroking business for financial planners, which was later sold into Commsec to become the largest adviser broking platform in Australia.
He holds a Masters degree in Financial Services Law, a Master Stockbroker qualification from the ASX, a diploma in Financial Markets from the Australian Financial Markets Association, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
