Steven Gregg has over 25 years of investment banking experience in Australia and internationally and extensive executive, corporate finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions experience. He held various roles with ABN AMRO, including as global head of investment banking and the chief executive of the UK. Following this, Mr Gregg was a partner in the strategy and financial institutions practice at McKinsey & Company in Sydney and internationally. Mr Gregg is a director of Challenger, Challenger Life Company, Lorna Hodgkinson Foundation, Tabcorp Holdings and William Inglis & Son. He is also chair of Unisson Disability and a trustee of the Australian Museum. He was chair of Goodman Fielder and Austock Group, and was a member of the Grant Samuel non-executive advisory board. Mr Gregg holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
