Steven Cail is a Certified Practicing Accountant and senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience in a broad range of business environments including banking, resources, retail and FMCG.
As an executive leader at General Motors, Carter Holt Harvey, Calendar Cheese Company and Target Australia, Mr Cail has managed P&L accounts of up to $1b. He has specialist expertise in implementing commercial strategies for growth, while building opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement and drive business processes. He became the chief executive of ASX-listed The Food Revolution Group in July 2021 following his appointment as chief financial officer in March 2021.
Mr Cail holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Deakin University.
