Steve Shur is an insurance broker with 39 years of experience in the industry. From 1989 to 2000, he operated Stephen Shur Investments in South Africa which was a successful general insurance brokerage in the Johannesburg area. Following his migration to Australia, he has remained in the industry and is an account manager at Denboer & Associates Insurance Brokers. Mr Shur holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is responsible for the day-to-day administration and advice on insurance cover and what is required to protect the clients' legal obligations and risks. Mr Shur has been a member of Toastmasters International for over 20 years and achieved DTM status, the highest level of recognition for public speaking and education provided within the programme.
