Steve Moreland has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the infrastructure delivery sector in Australian and nationally. He had also spent 10 years in senior roles at international airports.
Mr Moreland became the chief planning and projects officer at Perth Airport in October 2023. Prior to that, he had spent 6.5 years at Dubai Airport including as head of delivery and operational readiness activation & transition where he established the program office to accelerate the investment of US$1.5 billion in the Dubai World Central Airport; and as head of international ventures & head of passenger experience where he led its technical, financial, legal and commercial due diligence for global investment activities and the refresh of its passenger experience offering.
