Steve Herod

Steve Herod has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry within the USA, and a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and chief executive. He has successfully completed numerous M&A transactions, creating significant shareholder value.

Mr Herod was co-founder of Petrohawk Energy Corporation and led the successful sale of Petrohawk to BHP in a multi-billion dollar transaction. He subsequently became chief executive of Grizzly Energy, which he also successfully divested.
