He was most recently managing director/vice president of the Enerflex Group, a TSX-listed multi-discipline engineering, construction, supply and service organisation servicing the oil, gas and mining sectors.
Mr Dropulich is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
