Steve Boulton

Steve Boulton is an accomplished chair, managing director and chief executive with over 35 years of experience in infrastructure, utility and asset/fund management businesses. Asset classes managed include electricity, gas, water, airports, seaports, rail, toll roads, private equity and commercial property. Mr Boulton's governance experience includes mining, defence, logistics, civil construction and services, and professional services.

As a chief executive, he had reported to boards for over 20 years under a range of different shareholder structures. These included ASX- and NZX-listed entities, government, council, banking and private ownership with an equity base of up to approximately $7billion.
