Stephen Well’s media and marketing experience spans four decades. He has been involved in developing some of Australia's most successful marketing campaigns during his time in television, media buying and advertising, which involved co-founding the highly awarded 303 Advertising agency. He has developed corporate identities, marketing and online strategies for numerous successful leisure businesses, including national sports teams and tourism destinations. He is a former Chairman of the Advertising Federation of Australia (WA). He founded bookings technology company V3 Leisure with Shane Crockett in 2002.
