Stephen Troughton is an experienced Civil Engineer and Business Manager. Mr Troughton began his career as a bridge engineer, has a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering, a Post Graduate Certificate in Engineering Management specialising in Project Management and an MBA in Engineering Management. He quit in 2016 to take up a position with the NSW government.
