Stephen Stroud

Stephen Stroud has experience across all aspects of corporate finance & equity capital markets both as client and advisory and has strong experience in advising clients on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions both in Australia and overseas. He was appointed a director of corporate finance for CCZ Equities where he advised ASX clients on all aspects of capital markets and M&A with particular focus on small-mid cap space. Mr Stroud has been involved in a broad range of transactions providing a comprehensive range of services including equity raisings, debt/hybrid debt raisings, new public listings, mergers and acquisitions, and institutional placements.
