Stephen McGrath
Stephen McGrath was admitted to both the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia since 2006. He has worked in various practice areas with a primary focus in crime and family law.
Mr McGrath is well versed in criminal matters and has conducted matters in the Children’s Court, Magistrate’s Court, District Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. He has also conducted matters in Federal jurisdictions including the Federal Court, Family Court and the High Court.
Mr McGrath is a partner of Tang Law and heads its crime and family divisions.
He holds Bachelor degrees in both Law and Science. He is a committee member of the WA Criminal Lawyers Association, and an adjunct lecturer at the College of Law.
