Stephen Denaro is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with more than 30 years of senior and board level experience across public-listed companies, serving as chief financial officer, company secretary and director. He has a depth of experience in managing compliance with finance and accounting regulatory requirements. Mr Denaro has managed investment acquisitions and subsequent funding (domestic and international), and has a proven track record in corporate equity, treasury and debt funding management.
