Stephanie Tully has been with the Qantas Group since June 2004 and has led teams across operational and commercial areas of the organisation, from crewing to marketing, loyalty and product design. As chief customer officer, she was responsible for all aspects of the customer experience and strategy across the group including digital, lounges, the inflight experience, and customer care. She was also responsible for the Qantas brand, marketing and sponsorships.
Ms Tully became the chief executive of Jetstar Group in November 2022.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
