Stefan Ross has over 12 years of experience in accounting and secretarial services for ASX-listed companies. His extensive experience includes ASX compliance, corporate governance control and implementation, statutory financial reporting, shareholder meeting requirements, capital raising management, preparation of Prospectus, as well as board & secretarial support.
He commenced his accounting career as an auditor with Leydin Freyer in 2008, progressing to his current role as a company secretary.
Mr Ross holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting.
