Stephen Buckley has been appointed company secretary of Intiger Group following the resignation of Sonu Cheema.

Sonu Cheema, a director of Cicero Corporate Services, has over 10 years of experience working with public and private companies in Australia and abroad. He has experience in the completion and preparation of management and ASX financial reports, investor relations, initial public offer, mergers and acquisitions, management of capital raising activities, and auditor liaison. Cicero Corporate Services merged with the Perth branch of global accounting and advisory firm Nexia Australia in July 2023 and Mr Cheema became a director of Nexia Perth.
Mr Cheema is a company secretary of several ASX-listed companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from Curtin University, and is a CPA member.
