Sonia Mackay-Coghill is the executive director of commercial partnerships, external stakeholder engagement and innovation at Edith Cowan University. She is a recognised strategic marketer and brand specialist, having previously held executive leadership roles at Crown Melbourne and Perth.
She also has extensive experience around major projects and stakeholder engagement.
Ms Mackay-Coghill served on the boards of Tourism Council WA, Telstra Rally Australia, Perth Fashion Festival, and the Curtin School of Business Advisory Committee. She also led Kailis Jewellery internationally as general manager for a number of years and was awarded the prestigious ‘Prix de Marie Claire Award’ in 2013.
Ms Mackay-Coghill graduated from RMIT with a Business degree, specialising in Strategic Marketing and Commerce.
