Sinead Taylor is the first female to head Bankwest, having been appointed to the new role in September 2019 after serving 6 years as executive general manager of personal and business banking. She has experience in people leadership and transformational change, business strategy, sales force development and mobilisation, profit and loss management, marketing and communications. Prior to joining Bankwest in 2013, Ms Taylor was general manager of local business banking and general manager of strategy and channel management for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney. She was also the marketing director for Grange Securities and had worked for Global Markets at CBA.
