Simon Worth is a qualified and licenced valuer with over 19 years of commercial property experience throughout Australia.
Mr Worth held senior roles with global and national real estate investment trusts in capital transactions and valuations, and has extensive national market knowledge within the commercial property sector.
Prior to becoming the head of capital transactions at Westbridge Funds Management in October 2020 where he is responsible for developing and implementing the acquisitions strategy across the fund portfolio, Mr Worth was the senior transaction manager of Charter Hall for over 2.5 years, head of valuations at Goodman Australia for over 10 years, and a property valuer and advisory associate director at JLL for over 6.5 years.
Mr Worth is an associate of the Australian Property Institute, and holds two Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of WA (Finance and International Business Economics) and a Commerce degree from Curtin University.
