Simon Welfare has over 20 years of construction experience, and leadership experience includes the successful delivery of major public infrastructure road and rail projects and working for blue chip clients such as BHP Billiton, Chevron, Rio Tinto and Alcoa. Prior to joining Georgiou Group in July 2019, Mr Welfare spent 4 years at Laing O’Rourke where he was general manager of Western Region operations across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
