Mr Read runs a consulting business specialising in the complex area of the Personal Property Securities Act.

He has worked across many industries and has significant experience in forestry, mining, engineering, finance and property.

Mr Read is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Accountant.
