Roobix acquires Titan Digital
Perth marketing agency Roobix has substantially expanded its customer base and staffing by acquiring the assets of Titan Digital for $3.5 million.
Simon MacFarlane is an accountant by training, and has broad commercial and financial experience having been a chief financial officer for several local and multinational companies.
Mr MacFarlane has been involved in a number of technology-focused companies in Perth, and was a seed investor in a data business which he successful sold to Amcom. He was also involved in building and ultimately successfully exiting Blue Sky Telecom.
Mr MacFarlane is a co-founder and chief financial officer of communications technology company Sat One.
