Simon Jenkins was admitted to practice in 1994 and joined Price Sierakowski in 2000. He was a director of Price Sierakowski Corporate since 2005 and had experience in a broad range of corporate transactions including takeovers, mergers and capital raisings in Australia and overseas. He had extensive experience in a range of industries including the resource, energy and telecommunications sectors.
Mr Jenkins acted for Australian and internationally listed companies as well as for a number of large private enterprises.
He held directorships in ASX-listed and client-owned private companies, and was a member of AMPLA and the Petroleum Club of WA.
Mr Jenkins had a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, and was a recommended Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer by Doyle's Guide 2011.
He passed away in December 2019.
