Simon Adams has over 25 years of experience with listed (ASX and NASDAQ) and private companies in Australia, holding executive roles across a range of industries including mining, aquaculture, finance and the upstream energy sector.
Mr Adams began his career in the property finance industry with Custom Credit.
He joined Incremental Oil and Gas in May 2012 as chief financial officer and company secretary after a 12-year career with Atlas South Sea Pearl, a fully integrated pearl production, distribution, jewellery manufacturing and retailing company which is listed on the ASX.
He had experience in the power integration industry through working with Advanced Energy Systems, which developed power inverter technology and hybrid power systems for remote communities and facilities.
Prior to that, Mr Adams worked for the Transcontinental Resources Group which had business interests in mining, property development, bottled water distribution and 3D identification technology.
