Silvana Cappi

Silvana Cappi has over 33 years of experience as a professional social worker, working in a variety of roles at Zone and National levels for the Department of Human Services, Centrelink.

For 16 years, Ms Cappi also had overall professional responsibility for the delivery of Social Work Services for the Centrelink West Australian Zone, and was a member of both the Centrelink Zone Executive and the National Social Work Leadership group. Key roles included professional leadership and management, strategic and business planning, budget management, quality outcomes and staff support and supervision. She left work in 2017 to pursue other personal interests and passions.
