Shelley Ritter has over 25 years of experience in the property industry focusing on acquisitions, valuations and commercial agency. She worked in Europe from 1992 to 1995, sourcing and acquiring commercial properties for investors. In 1995, Ms Ritter returned to Australia to work as a Valuer until 2003 when she joined the commercial leasing division of Jones Lang LaSalle. In 2004, she recorded a record number of leasing transactions for a leasing operative in Perth, winning her the Jones Lang LaSalle's National Award for “Extraordinary Business Results”. In 2006, Ms Ritter became the first woman to gain a directorship at Jones Lang LaSalle in Perth. She also won the Property Council of Australia's Young Achiever Award in 2006. In 2007, Ms Ritter joined Savills as an associate director of the commercial leasing division and became a director in 2016. In 2010 and 2012, Ms Ritter was a joint Top Fee Earner from Savills' Perth Office.
