Shelby Crookes

Shelby Crookes is the chief operating officer at the Perth USAsia Centre and joined the team in May 2016. She provides high level strategic and operational leadership for all the Centre's activities across programming, research, events and partnerships. Ms Crookes is a qualified accountant and has more than 15 years of experience in managing business processes, organisational change, complex budgets and multi-disciplinary teams. Prior to joining the Perth USAsia Centre, she spent 8 years working in New York and London, and led the finance, HR and administrative operations for executive teams at The University of Western Australia.
