Shawn Weir
Co-Founder, Chief Executive / iConstruct
Shawn Weir is the co-founder and chief executive of iConstruct, a global business headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. At the same time, Mr Weir had joined PDC in 2006 where he was initially responsible for HR and commercial management which led to the commercialisation of iConstruct BIM software to the market. Mr Weir oversaw the conception of the BIM Consulting Division until October 2016. He has over 20 years of experience in general management, commercial and HR management across the construction, oil & gas and mining industries. Prior to PDC, Mr Weir was general manager of a specialised online personnel logistics provider which services the majority of the resource projects in Western Australia.
