Shaun Duffy is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the capital markets and finance media. He specialises in corporate communications advice during periods of corporate activity including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, IPOs and shareholder disputes.
Mr Duffy has been the chief executive of alternative therapies at Little Green Pharma since April 2021. He is also the founder and principal of Alchemy Advisory Partners, an independent corporate consultant specialising in investor relations and corporate communications.
Prior to establishing Alchemy, Mr Duffy was the senior managing director in the strategic communications segment of FTI Consulting from October 2010 to June 2020. Mr Duffy has been the lead communications advisor on some of Western Australia’s most significant transactions including the AU$1.2 billion Amcom/Vocus merger, iiNet’s AU$1.6 billion takeover by TPG, Woodside’s US$2.75 billion acquisition of Apache’s Australian asset portfolio, and the AU$1.8 billion takeover of Aurora Oil & Gas. He was also a director of corporate finance at Patersons Securities for over 2 years, and has worked with KPMG in Australia and the US.
