Shane Murphy

Shane Murphy has a broad practice in corporate and commercial disputes with particular experience in the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. He has acted for clients in a wide range of contract disputes (sales, royalties, financing, services, logistics, tendering, procurement, joint ventures, farm in/farm out and corporate transactions) and in disputes arising under the Australian Consumer Law, Corporations Act and related legislation. Mr Murphy has worked in-house at two ASX top 20 companies and has extensive experience in resolving disputes outside the court system by negotiation, mediation, expert determination and arbitration.
