He has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry nationally and internationally, with exposure to the debt and equity capital markets.
Mr Hartwig is involved in the areas of initial public offerings, capital raisings, prospectus and information memorandum preparation and project management, company assessments and due diligence reviews, mergers and acquisitions, and providing general corporate advice.
He holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting and Taxation, from Curtin University of Technology.
