Shane Cranswick has over 19 years of experience as a senior executive in financial strategy development & execution and corporate transactions.
Prior to becoming chief financial officer of Innovaero in February 2021, he was the chief financial officer and company secretary of iCetana for over 3 years, chief executive and managing director of Select Vaccines, chief financial officer of Indo Mines, founding director of Mantra Resources, and held a senior commercial role at Rio Tinto which focused on the development of the Simandou Iron Ore Project in Guinea, Africa.
