Seiya Ito was the president director of Inpex Australia, the most senior executive from the Japanese group based in Australia, from 2006 to 2019. He has worked at the company more than 40 years and managed a variety of projects in Australia, including the Ichthys LNG development in Darwin and in the Browse Basin. Mr Ito joined the board of Inpex parent company in 2016.
