Low See Ching co-founded Singaporean property developer Oxley Holdings in 2010, along with Ching Chiat Kwong and Tee Wee Sien.
Mr Low was appointed deputy chief executive and executive director of Oxley Holdings in 2014, having previously served as non-executive director.
Mr Low is responsible for the operation of the Group including sales and marketing, project development, business development and financial management. Mr Low also assists the CEO in charting and executing the strategic plans for the Group.
In 2016 Oxley acquired 40% of Western Australian construction business Pindan Group, and moved to 100% ownership in late 2019.
