Sean Pearce is a CPA, a Chartered Tax Advisor, past State Councillor and WA Education chair of the Tax Institute of Australia. Prior to joining MKT Taxation Advisors in 1994, Mr Pearce spent 9 years in the advising and audit areas of the Australian Taxation Office. Since 1985, he has specialised in business and corporate tax with a particular focus on capital gains tax, business restructuring and Division 7A. Mr Pearce is a regular presenter for the professional bodies on tax issues affecting companies and small business. He heads MKT's Accountants Network and Premium Accountants Network (PAN) which provides tax advisory and training support to over 200 accounting firms across Australia. Mr Pearce also holds a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Taxation Law from the University of NSW.
