Prior to becoming chief executive of indigenous corporation Ngarluma Yindjibarndi Foundation and NYFL Commercial in August 2022, Sean-Paul Stephens was the indigenous engagement lead and senior corporate affairs advisor at Woodside Energy.
He has held executive roles with a Pilbara Aboriginal Native Title corporation, and has a professional background in cultural heritage management across Australia. Mr Stephens has also worked with traditional owner organisations across Western Australia, Victoria and the Northern Territory.
He holds an Honours degree in Indigenous Social Justice and Archaeology, and is pursuing an MBA specialising in Social Impact.
